Leadership
Starts With YOU
We believe that everyone has capactity to influence
At the heart of our world view is a belief that leadership matters and has a profound impact on people’s lives and societies at large. We also believe that each of us has a contribution to make in whatever sphere of influence we are called to serve and that investing in leader growth has generational impact—impact that is realized long after we are gone. We resonate with the epigraph to this introduction: “Societies advance when old people plant trees in whose shade they will not sit.” This book is our attempt to plant some seeds that we hope will grow and bear fruit for subsequent generations of leaders—and in so doing, have a positive and purposeful societal impact.

This second book serves as a leader’s playbook for building high-trust, collaborative, and authentic teams.
Coming Soon — Book III: Accomplish the Mission
Mastering the Third Fight to Accomplish the Organization’s MISSION, we examine such topics as clarity of vision, strategic planning, alignment, execution, organizational culture, engagement, leading change, and growing future leaders.
